THE BUYING PROCESS
1. We send you a copy of the property registration documents for your lawyer(s) to facilitate a search from the lands ministry here (Kenya).
2. Once authenticated, we execute a sale agreement and you make a deposit – usually 20% in an escrow service.
3. Our lawyers then prepare transfer documents for execution. Your lawyer(s) at this point will also proceed with a valuation and payment of stamp duty.
4. We finalize the registration after you have paid the balance – and the property sale is complete!
